SHIPPING INFOMATION
All neworder global orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9am and 4pm.
Orders made outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the shipment has arrived within the country of residence. Please note, customs policies vary by Country. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order.
in the unfortunate event where the payment required for Duties and Taxes have failed to be met upon arrival, the ordered Goods will be returned at the customers expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the Goods paid (minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded)
All orders placed over a Bank Holiday or any public holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day
UK Signed 2nd Class via Royal Mail - £1.99 (Order by 4pm between Monday-Saturday to expect your order within 2-3 working days)
EUROPEAN 48 hour service via Parcelforce/ DPD - £12.12 order should arrive within 48 hours from time purchased
INTERNATIONAL Standard - £15.00 order by 4pm ( Monday - Saturday) and expect arrival within 3-10 working days
