All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.

Please note that we do not offer free returns.  In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Claims of damaged, defective or misprinted items must be submitted directly to our personal email within 7 days after purchase at & to be returned within 14 days from purchase date.
